Keynote Speaker:  Wendy Timm of Colliers International & Enhanced Value Strategies

Wendy Timm (bio) will talk about issues the St. Louis region needs to address in order to compete with places that are prospering.  Her address will include the need for planning and economic development leadership, authentic regional branding, the zero growth and zero sum game, and moving away from fragmentation and parochialism.  She will also speak to the region’s core strengths and the talent and energy the region possesses.  Wendy will provide insights from her career in real estate development and serving on various planning and economic development boards while speaking to the economic development planning efforts being undertaken throughout the region.
